I've been working with Daniel and Danielle from Barsky Property Management for a little over half a year, and it's been an absolute pleasure. Over the course of 5 years, my wife and I were managing our Princeton property by ourselves, but as our lives got busier with other priorities, we needed help with managing our property. After weeks of research, we decided to proceed with Barsky Property Management. From our initial meeting with them, we were impressed by their professionalism, experience, and communication. Transitioning management responsibilities to them was also seamless. They use Yardi Breeze and Rent Cafe for their online owner/tenant portals, where owners can log in and view monthly reports and maintenance requests while tenants can make online payments to Rent Cafe. Communication has been excellent, and they've handled lease transitions with ease.
