Daniel Barsky, President of R.B. Homes, founded Barsky Property Management to provide services to real estate investors, property owners and homeowner associations: property evaluations, rent setting, rent collection, tenant screening and selection, inspections, maintenance and repairs, advertising and more. Leveraging decades of experience, extensive network contacts and industry knowledge, Barsky Property Management takes care of all the details so that you don’t have to.
Who We Are
Barsky Property Management is a well-known and respected company whose sister company, RB Homes, was established in Princeton, New Jersey, in 1987. We take pride in our long history as a Princeton-based, family-owned business with expertise in developing and managing properties, obtaining approval and renovating buildings throughout central, northern and southern New Jersey.
We have a full-time Certified Property Manager and foreman on staff to ensure that we can respond rapidly to emergencies and maintenance requests. Our team has a diverse and extensive real estate background in residential, commercial, HOAs and COAs, so that we can provide practical and sound risk/benefit financial and operational solutions for your investments and help you best maximize the use of your property.
