Invoice Tenant – 25th Day
We submit an invoice to your tenant on the 25th of every month prior to the due date.
Collect Rent Payment – 1st > 5th Day
We collect rent payments on the first to the fifth day of the month or within a five-day grace period when the rent is due. Late charges will be applied if rent is received after the grace period.
Monthly Charges – 20th > 25th Day
We collect any monthly charges from the tenant, such as late fees, utilities and maintenance reimbursements. The owner approves all maintenance repairs above $500. We will invoice all charges a month prior to avoid any late fees.
Submit Invoice to Owner – 10th > 20th Day
Every 10th and 20th day of the month, we invoice the owner for any fees due, such as reimbursements and management fees.
Deposit to Owner – 15th & 25th Day
Every 15th and 25th day of the month, the rent balance will be sent to the owner via ACH to the appropriate bank account or by check.
